Weekly Classes

Amazingly, we have had more boys the last 3 weeks at Greenslopes. If you know of any girls who are free on Thursday nights, why not bring them along to check out West Coast Swing. Make sure you tell them about our half price first time offer. We have also had more ladies on a Monday night at Ashmore so guys, come along and have a dance.

 

Broadbeach Blues Festival

A group of us will be meeting in the Broadbeach Mall under the sails at 5pm this Saturday the 29th of June. Once there we will decide which stage & bands we will visit. Join us for dinner, a drink and maybe some dancing! It’s going to be massive so get there early to find a parking spot.

 

Swingsation Update

Just under four weeks to go till Swingsation & we are getting very excited!!!

Ben & Melina will be at class on Thursday the 17th and Monday the 19th  of June and we know there are heaps of interstaters also coming up early and staying later for both classes too. Make sure you don’t miss out on the fun!

We have over 130 dancers and 85 competitors over the weekend, so if you are at class on Thursday night (17th) please register for Swingsation and your events to help us expedite the process.

We have two funky t-shirt designs available in both mens & womens. The ladies shirts are capped sleaved to ensure maximum movement and breathability. All t-shirts ordered before May 31st will only cost $35 each. 

 
We'll also be putting together a DVD of the entire event! The DVD will include short summaries of every workshop, performances by Ben & Melina, competition footage and highlights. Please note that no personal recordings of any of the above will be allowed during the weekend. Swingsation DVDs will be $55 if attending on a weekend pass and ordered at or before Swingsation and $80 if not attending on a weekend pass or ordered after Swingsation

There's a package deal too! Get two Swingsation t-shirts and a DVD of the weekend for just $100 (20% Discount). Packages must be ordered by May 31st, and are only available to weekend pass holders.

Discounted Class Passes

Why not purchase your WCS classes in bulk and save yourself some money. We now have a variety of multiple class passes available.

• First Timer Pass: $30.00 for 5 classes (save 57%).
  This pass is only available for purchase during your first class at Raw Connection.  
• 5 Class Pass (save 15%): $60.00 Adult, $50.00 Full Time Student
• 10 Class Pass (Save 22%): $110.00 Adult, $90.00 Full Time Student

 

Raw Connection Embroidered Tops

We have a limited amount of embroidered Raw Connection West Coast Swing tops for sale at class. Ladies singlet tops are $20.00 each and men’s collared button up shirts are $50.00 each.

 

West Coast Swing Shoes

Raw Connection now has a full range of sizes of mens and womens dance shoes with a low, wide heel making them ideal for WCS. Similar shoes normally retail for $170.00 in the stores but we are offering them for just $100.00 a pair. Check out our website for more details.
