BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN ANY RAW CONNECTION WEST COAST SWING PTY LTD CLASS, ACTIVITY AND / OR EVENT, YOU MUST READ THIS DISCLAIMER AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN

TO: Raw Connection West Coast Swing Pty Ltd ("Raw Connection")

In consideration for Raw Connection agreeing to provide me with dance instruction and allowing me to participate in any activity and /or event run by Raw Connection, I agree as follows:

• I understand West Coast Swing is a physical activity and I hereby release Raw Connection, any paid or unpaid staff of Raw Connection and / or any independent contractor engaged by Raw Connection from any claim, demand, action, suit, cause of action and/or liability in relation to any damage, injury or loss suffered whether or not arising as a result of the negligence of, or breach of duty by, Raw Connection, any paid or unpaid staff of Raw Connection and / or any independent contractor engaged by Raw Connection.
• I acknowledge Raw Connection takes no responsibility whatsoever for any damage, injury or loss suffered by me during or as a result of any Raw Connection class, activity and/or event.
• I confirm I have no physical or mental condition that has the potential to put myself or other people at risk of injury, loss or damage during any Raw Connection class, activity or event. If I develop such a physical or mental condition, I confirm I will not participate in any Raw Connection class, activity or event.
• I agree I will comply with any reasonable direction of Raw Connection and any paid or unpaid staff of Raw Connection. I acknowledge my participation in any Raw Connection class, activity or event can be terminated at any time by Raw Connection.
• I understand Raw Connection may wish to record my participation in any Raw Connection class, activity or event by any means or format (including but not limited to video, still photography and/or film). I hereby give Raw Connection the right to use any such recording for any purpose and in any media with no obligation to me.
• I acknowledge the contents of the Raw Connection Privacy Policy and the Raw Connection Sexual Harassment Policy and understand copies of these policies are available at any Raw Connection class and / or on the Raw Connection website.
